Lyn Rider
Hi, my name is Lyn Rider. Over the years my job role has evolved and my title now is Studio Manager. This job can be a challenge and is a great responsibility as I have to look after everyone from staff to patients. I have a dual role as financial and treatment coordinator. Both of these give me the opportunity to discuss all suitable treatment and financial options available for our patients to allow them to make an informed choice and have the best treatment as soon as and as comfortably as possible for them.
I enjoy each and every one of my roles. I love the interaction between the patients as well as other members of the team. I get a huge sense of achievement and satisfaction when the patient goes home with the smile they have always wanted.
Being involved in the dental environment is all I have ever wanted to do and being part of the Street Farm team is a privilege and a pleasure.
I have been involved with Scouting for many years, I used to run a Cub pack but now I look after the Scout section in Thurrock, this takes up most of my spare time.
I have been married to Iain for 31 years and have 3 grown up children, 2 daughters and a son. I enjoy cooking, and holidays in France.
