Dr Sarita Sharma has been providing dental care for patients since 1998. She received her BDS Degree from Kings College London from where she was selected to carry out a House Job in an Oral Surgery Post in St Georges Hospital and a Restorative Dentistry Post in Kings College Hospital, gaining valuable experience in removing teeth, oral surgery procedures and complex reconstruction cases referred by other general dental practionners. Her dedication to providing exceptional dentistry continued with her completing exams for the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons. After completing Vocational Training in London, she has been committed to providing outstanding dental care of all aspects in a practice setting, and is a full member of British Dental Association (BDA) and registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
Her love to provide excellence has led her to study dental and facial aesthetics, learning from the best to create beautiful and lasting smiles and provide facial enhancement non surgically. Her passion, enthusiasm and high standards in these fields has accredited her to become a full member of the British Academy Of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and the International Academy of Advanced Facial Aesthetics (IAAFA). Sarita has been selected to and holds an honourable position on the IAAFA Council and is a Tutor of the highly acclaimed Dr Bob Khanna Training Institute aiding other dentists in the field of Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers.
She is committed to life long learning and continuously updates her professional and personal development both in the U.K. and abroad. Her drive, ambition and energy means she strives for constant and never ending improvement. Her personal development journey began in 2004 when she attended the Mastery University Programme for the Anthony Robbins Teaching Academy. She has since incorporated the knowledge and skills acquired not only into her own life but those of her patients too and now acts as a Senior Leader in these events. Since 2004 her keenness for understanding human behaviour and psychology has led her to study and become a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy and Temporal Dynamics. She is one of very few dentists in the world who have combined these skills together and is especially accomplished in managing very anxious and phobic patients. She is friendly and understanding excelling in giving patients the personal touch, building their confidence with her calm, empathetic and cheerful nature. Her excellent communication skills combined with her deep understanding of behaviour makes her an outstanding dentist to treat and provide bespoke dental care to all patients from children to very nervous and phobic patients. Sarita now provides education and training to other dentists and healthcare professionals via seminars and work-shops in the skills of NLP and Facial Aesthetics. Recently she has lectured at the IAAFA Annual 2007 Conference, assisted in workshops at the Aesthetic Dentist Conference May 2007 and will be conducting workshops and seminars in the forthcoming 2008 Conferences.
