On Saturday April 19th my 8 year old daughter Emma had an accident on her bike which resulted in her breaking one of her new, front adult teeth. As she is registered with you I phoned your surgery immediately and you agreed to see her even though you were around 15 minutes from closing.

I raced her to you and she was seen by Mr Azm Ahmed, with me (Dad), my wife (Mum) and Holly (Sister) all in tow – all of us obviously worried to the Nth degree. I have to say, Mr Ahmed was excellent – I could not have asked for her to be seen by a more professional and proficient individual. He immediately calmed Emma and very quickly afterwards calmed the rest of us.

His manner was perfect - he checked what we would have wanted to be checked, he pre-empted questions we would have asked and he was honest and realistic about scenarios without unduly worrying us – Emma in particular. I have just returned today from the return appointment where Mr Ahmed has rebuilt Emma’s tooth with the same combination of skill, professionalism and proficiency and I really felt I should contact you to highlight it.

As a direct result of this excellent service, both myself and my wife - who were lapsed private patients – have rescheduled appointments with your practice for ourselves. We see now that, while you may be a little pricier than some alternatives, there is a sound reason for that.

Mr Ahmed is the star of the show here but several members of your team played a part in this scenario and my wife and I are truly, truly grateful that you took us from sobbing, damaged daughter on Saturday back to beaming, beautiful daughter today. Your practice is a class act and I would recommend you unreservedly.
